Refund policy

Jane Lovett is committed to selling only high quality products but we understand there may be a time when you need to exchange or return a product. We will willingly refund or exchange any unused product with 14 days of purchase, providing you have your receipt and the product is unused and in its original condition. If you don’t have your receipt, we are still happy to issue a credit note for the purchase price.
